Food is good, not great. Nothing we are was really "authentic," from the appetizers to the main dishes. The summer roll was missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. The crispy chicken on noodles needed more sauce on the noodles. The lemongrass stir fry was the highlight, but even that needed more lemongrass and coconut flavor - it was a bit too subtle.
Super friendly staff and nice, low key vibe.

We ate for the first time last weekend at Angkor Wat based on reviews and recommendations. I had the Curry with Chicken. It was good, flavorful, with the right amount of spice. However, I felt it was just a little too “saucy”. My wife ordered a vegetable and chicken dish (not sure exactly which one). She was disappointed with it as her chicken was not sautéed in any of the ingredients (garlic, ginger, etc.), but rather had the consistency of being boiled, or cooked in broth. That may have been the way it was supposed to be, but it was not to her liking.

The staff was very nice, attentive, and knowledgable. However, it was a hot/humid night, and for some reason they were not using the air conditioning. It seemed acceptable when we sat down, but it got really uncomfortable towards the end of the meal (perhaps the spices aggravated the heat!). If the A/C was not working, they should have let us know. Otherwise, do your customers a favor keep the dining room at an acceptable temperature in the future.
Also, prices are high for what you get, but that's Woodstock for you.
Vegetables were crisp! Beef and pork locally sourced.
Excellent Cambodian and Asian fusion cuisine served in a relaxed atmosphere by friendly and attentive staff. Don't miss it if you're in or around Woodstock, VT.
Hands down, one of the best SE Asian restaurants anywhere.
GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY! Upon placing our order our waitress informed us that they can do anything on the menu gluten free & have a separate fryer as well. The crab ragoons are out of this world! Healthy choices & delicious. Also, great service. Highly recommend!
