From the courtesy reminder of the appointment through the completion of Dr. Stone's exam, I found the entire first contact with your office to be professional, polished, and organized. You are clearly a highly competent team but more importantly, you demonstrate empathy for the patient that is so important to a long-term relationship. I do wish I had received the paperwork in the mail that I had to fill out in the office prior to being seen as it would have been more efficient for both me an your office, but it was a minor inconvenience. Most importantly the X-rays taken and the explanation of what they showed, and the suggestion to get a second opinion before proceeding, made good sense to me. Thank you for such a positive first experience.
